Incorrectly Marked as Fraud?

I have a $15 patron who’s paid for 5 months, and this month was marked as Fraud.

What can I do about that? The patron himself clearly isn’t fraudulent. I don’t know if his card now has a security lock on it or he changed to a bogus payment method or something.


I sent a note to trust & safety, who said to please send them a direct email to That’s the best bet, since I can’t go in and look up individual details and they can look up more information.
