New Tier Access Go Live?

I’m very excited about the new tier access options when making posts! This blog post (https://blog.patreon.com/improvements-to-making-posts-on-patreon) from 10/24/18 mentions that the new tier access choice for posts will begin to be rolled out on 11/7/18. Has anyone had it turned on yet for their patreon page? Is there an ETA when all creators should expect this option to be available?
