Now that payments have processed, I’ve posted to give those patrons of mine that qualify for a physical gift a heads-up that I’m preparing their gifts, and suggested that now’s the time to double-check the shipping address they provided.
One of them has responded as follows:
It seems that I cannot update my shipping address. It still appears empty to me.
I can see the address just fine in my Patron Manager. Is there something wrong? At the moment, I don’t have any more details.
