Is it within TOS to offer a physical bonus (like a shirt, for example) for becoming a Patron?
I’m getting confused between contest vs. giveaway.

Yes you can offer physical rewards as long as you give everyone in that tier the reward. You cannot give chance-based rewards.
Lots and LOTS of creators give out shirts, stickers, prints, ect as rewards. Myself included.
