Special Offers Workshop Crowdcast Problems

I had the event scheduled for 2pm (EDT) today, and never had a problem getting into the Crowdcast site prior to the event to sign up… but for the period of the event, instead of getting into it, I just kept getting “password error, your card will not be charged” messages - even when I switched browsers.
