Unwanted "Show more" on tiers

I’ve added three new reward tiers, and I’m really liking how the little tier cards look. Except…

How do I get rid of that Show more on the last tier? The content in the final reward tier isn’t any longer than the second-last one.

It’s not a big deal to click to reveal longer content, but this is supposed to be an at-a-glance comparison at the point of sale.

I don’t know the code which makes this kick in, but it might be something like character count, which would explain the behavior. The last box has indeed more characters in it than all others. So reducing the text amount might make the link disappear.

I was able to check on this! The team recommends that you keep tiers to under 130 characters if you don’t want the “Show more” on mobile, and roughly 300 on desktop. cc @BrianJamesFreeman

I noticed when checking my page on my phone that there’s a “show more” button for each Rewards tier to read the last few words of the description of that tier… Every time someone has to click on your page to get info, you risk them wandering away or getting distracted, etc, so I would love if the “show more” button could be optional! That way, if you wanted, your page could by default simply show ALL of the info about each rewards tier.

Thanks for this feedback, @BrianJamesFreeman! I will bring it up with the team. I’m guessing it’s because some creators really do have h u g e tier descriptions that would make scrolling down a nightmare on mobile and potentially even prevent prospective patrons from seeing the higher price tiers.

Thank you again, Mindy! I was able to adjust a few things to get my text to fit without a “show more” on the desktop thanks to this information!

For the mobile version, it would be awesome if they could increase the limit further, but I’m sure they probably have a data-backed reason for picking 130. I just wanted to toss the idea out there!

Thanks again for your help!
