Hi! I’m running a special offer campaign and want to use this as an opportunity to personally contact patrons who have declined, so I can let them know that they’ll only get my poster if their payment info is up to date. However, I just went to the patron manager, viewed my last month (August 2018), and don’t see my declined patrons anymore. In the past, I’d see the declined patrons alongside the “processed” patrons. Is that view still available? Thanks! This would be a HUGE help, because I’m a little worried about it right now!
